(1) Cooking; very stable in high temperature and do not easily oxidized. Be it deep frying, sauteing and as simple as dressing. (2) Baking; healthy alternative to vegetable shortening. Note: Coconut oil is solid at below 25°C. At temperature above 25°C, coconut oil will melt, this is a natural occurrence.
